Property inquiries

Submitting a form is an inquiry, not an agreement to sell or purchase real estate. Any transaction requires a separate written agreement. Provide accurate information and a phone number you are authorized to use.

Call and text program

If you expressly opt in, Jersey Home Buyers may contact you about buying your property, including recurring marketing texts, follow-ups, and appointment communications. Calls and texts may use automated dialing technology or artificial or prerecorded voice, including AI-generated voice. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Voluntary consent

Consent is not a condition of any purchase, sale, or service. You may use the email-only inquiry form without opting into marketing calls or texts. Checking the separate consent box and submitting the callback form constitutes your electronic signature to that authorization.

Stopping messages and calls

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts. A non-marketing confirmation may be sent. Tell the caller to stop calls or use the Contact & opt-out form to revoke call or text consent. We honor reasonable revocation requests as required by applicable law. Opting out does not require payment. A later property inquiry does not by itself reverse an earlier opt-out.

Reply HELP for messaging help or use our contact form. Delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tell us if your number changes.
